It is Time

A thought, and a pen meet one day. They walk around each other, staring intently at what they are seeing. Neither one can speak the words that they wish to convey. They are stifled by limitations that neither understands.

An aged man sits in his wooden chair, supported by legs that have seen nearly two centuries combined. He ponders life, death and the years in-between.  There is a book on the desk, a journal about his life. He was a father, a grand father and many other things; some good, and some not so good.

The thought, the pen and the journal meet together in an effort to deliver the truth about the old man. It will be a work of love and devotion to be sure.
